About me
Hey there! Welcome to my site. My name is Paul Hennick and I’m an IT Manager with a passion for all things space, AI, technology, psychology, health, and fitness. I’m constantly learning new things every day, ranging from space travel to ancient history to human behavior and everything else in between. There’s so much we don’t know. Time is our most valuable asset. Let’s not waste it 😊
When I’m not busy with my IT career, you’ll often find me lacing up my Hoka running shoes and hitting the pavement or putting in work at the gym. I’ve found daily exhaustive physical activity to be a cornerstone of mental health, endurance, and fortitude. I wouldn’t be where I am without it.
Also, let this paragraph serve as a special shout out to my fiancé, Stephanie, who’s been a huge supporter in my journey, and I’d be remiss if I didn’t give a special thanks to her! I’ve had the best times of my life and found my lifelong partner. Kinda cool, right?
In my spare time, I enjoy diving into the realm of world economics, politics, psychology, and collaborating with friends from around the globe. Constantly learning, sharing experiences, and having empathetic conversations with people from all walks of life has been a truly remarkable experience. We can learn so much by actively listening, rather than simply waiting for our turn to speak. By opening our minds to others' thoughts, we can uncover our own biases and move beyond our egocentric viewpoints.
Lastly, self-improvement is a daily requirement of mine, whether it’s picking up new skills, expanding my knowledge on a specific subject, honing my existing abilities, or simply seeking new and improved ways of learning, living, and being healthy. I’m excited for where I’ll end up on this journey.
I hope it ends on Mars.
